Job description

Paid Media Specialists work closely with Growth Marketers to help achieve our clients' goals and drive growth. They are responsible for collaborating on the paid media strategy and implementing/optimizing the accounts assigned to them.

At Optimal, there are no “Wizard of Oz” roles. We're intentional about hiring professionals who are both technically proficient and equipped with strong customer relationship skills. And we continually invest in training to hone these skills. While this role does not directly manage clients, Paid Media Specialists are a key part of the strategy and execution of paid media work for clients. They assist Growth Marketers in strategic decisions, client discussions and reporting. Paid Media Specialists collaborate with Growth Marketers in a small-team environment. A small portion of there role is to assist the sales team with paid media audits.
